Standard
If piano has been tuned within the last year. $175.+ tax.
Pitch Raise to A440 Standard pitch
Will be needed in addition to standard tuning if piano has not been tuned for more than a year, add $75 + tax.
Cleaning
Basic Cleaning
Vacuum and clean pinblock, soundboard and action without removing the action $50.
Deep Cleaning
Vacuum and clean pinblock, soundboard and action including removing the action for more thorough cleaning. $100.
Repairs, Regulation, Voicing
Repairs
Will be evaluated and discussed with customer. Written proposal will be offered as needed and customer will approve all work.
Regulation and voicing
Adjustments to the action mechanism and work on the hammers can restore your piano to its proper performance and sound. Price will vary based on condition.

Spinet Pianos? Antiques?
We do not generally tune or repair “Spinet” pianos (less than 40″ in height) due to age, inferior quality and obsolete design. The cost of working on these is more wisely applied to a modern replacement. All pianos more than 60 yrs old are uncertain candidates for tuning due to age related condition issues.
Evaluation
If your piano is a doubtful case for tuning due to age or poor condition we can evaluate it. If it is determined not to go forward with tuning there will be only an evaluation/ travel charge of $75. If everything is fine to proceed with tuning the evaluation will be without charge.
